About Jasleen
Jasleen Chandok is a Buddhist meditator with over a decade of dedicated practice in the Theravada and Vipassana meditation traditions, complemented by extensive training in Yogic meditations.
Over the past eight years, they have immersed themselves in the disciplined practices of Sivananda and Iyengar Yoga, and have completed specialized courses in Pranayama and Breathwork.
Meditation has had a profound impact on their life—bringing inner peace, lasting happiness, improved health, deeper relationships, and enhanced productivity.
As a guide, Jasleen's mission is to share powerful techniques in meditation, breathwork, and pranayama to help others cultivate happiness, calmness, resilience, focus, and spiritual connection in daily life. Whether someone is navigating stress, seeking emotional healing, or deepening their spiritual journey, Jasleen offers support with compassion and clarity.
They have had the privilege of helping professional sports players, physicians, corporates, families and individuals across the globe manage trauma, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and pursue spiritual growth.
Qualifications include:
• MBA in Marketing and a B.Tech degree
• Certified Meditation Practitioner & Teacher (Graham Nicholls)
• Completion of three 10-day Vipassana meditation courses
• Training at Tushita Meditation Centre
• Courses at Isha Foundation
• Pranayama and Yoga training from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center and BKS Iyengar Yoga Center

The class will be divided into three sections:
*Understanding on the working of the mind and how to train the mind using various meditation and relaxation techniques.
* Breathing exercises and Pranayama which will help prepare the mind.
* Various forms of Buddhist meditations.
* Discussions on challenges that the student might be facing.
