I’ve known Johnathan for 10+ years and can confidently say he has the patience, creativity, broad range of cultural & intellectual interests and extensive teaching experience that makes a great teacher.

It was a pleasure working with Jonathan at Global Community Charter School (GCCS), an International Baccalaureate School in Harlem, New York. We worked together from February 2016 until June 2019. We co-taught separately as classroom teachers and worked closely as 3rd and 4th grade team members.

During Jonathan's time at GCCS, he brought forth an immense amount of dedication, professionalism, and passion not just on days where the stakes were high, but everyday. His contributions have affected so many and for this among other reasons, he was respected and appreciated by his colleagues, the students and families of those he served.

His patience, excellent communication skills, and his ability to plan and implement differentiated instruction have enabled him to cater to the needs of all students in a way that is effective and efficient.
