About Thomas
I am 33 years old and live in Rødovre with my wife and 2 children. I am passionate about health promotion and communication. I am very interested in adapting training/diet/behavioral changes to the individual's everyday life and habits. The vast majority of people don't succeed in their quest for a healthier life because the plan is too far removed from their current habits. Together, we will create the best plan for you that will meet your goals.

Invest in yourself with good eating and exercise habits, and finally achieve the behavioral changes you are missing. I offer personal training 1:1 and 1:2, and virtually. The training takes place in the house's training room, which has a separate entrance. Dietary guidance virtually or from your own address in Rødovre. Habit Coaching virtually or from your own address in Rødovre. Based on your goals and desires, I help you achieve, for example: -A training routine that works in your everyday life. -Increased muscle mass/strength. -Weight loss. -Less "food noise". -Various desired habit/behavioral changes through Habit Coaching conversations, such as better eating habits, better mobile habits, better exercise habits, more energy in everyday life and much more.
