About Rafaela
I learned a lot that it is necessary to be careful with the limits of our body, and that is why some precaution is necessary. For me, sport should be stimulated from a perspective of creating well-being and not so much of competition, that's why I want to balance great beneficial efforts and progressive training until reaching my own victories.

Since I was little, sport has been part of my life. I started in soccer and swimming, but running has always been an important part. I started at 14 years old, federated athletics and after a year I won my 1st place in a national competition, in the javelin competition, athletics. Since then I have won many other titles, including representing the Portuguese national team in the Iberian youth trophies (SUB18).
