About Me
I'm a pharmaceutical and chemical scientist with a Master's degree (ranked 1st in my cohort) from one of India's leading research universities, equivalent to a UK MSc in Chemistry. I've worked as a research scientist at Unilever — one of the world's largest FMCG companies — developing and launching products across global markets, and later as a technical marketing expert at Lubrizol Corporation, where I translated complex chemistry into real-world applications across Europe, India and the Middle East.
I now offer private tuition in Chemistry, Biology, and General Science for students at GCSE, A-Level, and undergraduate level
Why learn with me?
Most chemistry teachers teach from textbooks. I've done the chemistry — in industrial labs, in formulation science, in regulatory compliance, across multiple countries. I can show you not just how the reactions work, but why they matter in the real world. Whether it's organic chemistry, surfactant science, emulsion systems, or pharmacology, I bring the subject to life in a way that makes it stick.
What I cover:
GCSE Chemistry and Combined Science (AQA, Edexcel, OCR)
A-Level Chemistry (organic, physical, inorganic)
A-Level Biology (biochemistry focus)
Undergraduate chemistry and pharmaceutical science
Personal Statement support for students applying to Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Chemical Engineering degrees
