About Samrin

Hi, I'm Dr. Samrin, physical therapist, nutritionist, personal instructor in yoga, weight loss and Pilates currently practicing in Bangalore. My focus is to provide long-lasting results for my patients as well as my clients who want to achieve fitness in any stage of their life.

Hello everyone, I am a practicing physical therapist, nutritionist and personal fitness instructor in: Pilates Pain and posture correction Weight loss expert Antenatal classes for moms-to-be. Exercise, nutrition and consistency go hand in hand for any kind of transformation. Sedentary lifestyle is a major cause for most of our health issues and through this we forget that humans are designed to move. Making sessions more interactive & fun let's start your transformation journey.

Perfect! Samrin is an excellent Pilates instructor. I have been taking sessions from her for the past 3 months to alleviate my back pain and the experience has been nothing short of great. She takes the time to understand your issues and adjusts the pace accordingly. She is accommodating and attentive to individual needs.
