About Keisha
I am a patient and energetic English and Afrikaans tutor based in Cape Town who loves working with Grade R to 4 learners. I started teaching because I saw how quickly kids shut down when language feels hard or boring. My goal is to make every child feel clever and confident with words. I believe if we laugh, move, and use things from their world, reading and speaking just click. Watching a child go from “I can’t” to “Look what I can read!” is why I do this.

My lessons are not boring worksheets. I use games, stories, and real-life play to help Grade R to 4 kids fall in love with English and Afrikaans. We bake words, act out sounds, and turn everyday moments into reading and speaking practice. Kids think we are just playing, but they leave knowing new sounds, words, and sentences they can actually use. First session we tackle the one word they struggle with most. If your child does not have an “aha” moment, you do not pay.
