About Emma

During A level I did not have a law teacher (this was something that my sixth form were not able to provide at the time) and I thus taught myself. I had no previous knowledge of the law at all and so this was an extremely challenging venture. I emerged from A levels with a 'B' which I considered to be a sincere achievement.
At university I have developed my legal knowledge vastly. I have worked as a part of the CLOCK program for two years, working within the court to provide free legal assistance to those who are struggling to understand the system. This has allowed me to develop my skills in communicating and teaching legal concepts and has seen me aid a number of parties.
I am due to graduate with a first class degree.

About the lesson

Hello! My name is Emma and I have been studying law for a total of five years. Within this time I have become thoroughly confident in the subject and attained a first class degree. I have undertaken extensive legal experience (mini-pupillages, shadowing and worked as part of the CLOCK program) and am willing to pass my knowledge on to someone else. If you are an AS/A level student, or an undergraduate law student I would be happy to help you.

How can I help? Throughout my time of study I have developed techniques that have aided me in achieving the best grades possible in exams or coursework. Help will therefore begin with exam preparation or essay planning. From there, I will provide any help that you need in explaining the essential content. This can be very much on your terms: I would be more than willing to cover the whole content of the course and provide extensive notes; or to simply explain the bits you dont understand!

I am a friendly, approachable and hard working person who would be happy to provide you the assistance you need in passing your legal exams.
