My teaching style is based primarily on breaking down understanding in three ways:
1. Achieving basic comprehension of theoretical frameworks, models, calculations and techniques.
2. Realising this understanding through practical applications e.g. examples, graphs, mind-maps or quantitative work.
3. Explicit practice of past exams.

Matan's knowledge of economics is extremely advanced. I realised this while working alongside Matan in the Leeds University module 'Policy Economics' where I was highly impressed by his articulation of highly enigmatic economic theorem. He can explain complexity simply making him the ideal tutor.
