About Ollie
My name is Ollie, I’m 19, queer, and have a keen passion for all things writing. As a third-year student at QUT, I strive to one day publish my original creative works and help others in their own creative endeavors.
From this, I’ve developed a love for reading, writing, and editing of all kinds and am excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with the world.

My tutoring aims to help high school students learn to tackle their learning and assessment in a supportive environment with tips and tricks I have learned throughout my time as a student who often struggled with time management, project organisation, and procrastination.
I understand that not all formats of teaching are tailored to every kind of learner, thus I hope to engage with my students in a way that is most helpful for them to learn.
I can assist students in understanding lesson content, breaking down tasks into more manageable pieces, and structuring assessment work. I can also provide editorial feedback for drafts if such is wanted.
Lessons will generally be an hour each, however, I’m happy to be flexible if need be.
While I am only a beginner tutor, I am confident in my experience at QUT learning all aspects of writing and am eager to share my knowledge with my students.
