About Audrey

I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Theology & Biblical Studies (with a minor in Communication Studies & Theatre) in May 2026! I was part of the Honors program, and I researched, wrote, and completed a thesis project (in the form of a paper) entitled "Theatre By The Church, For The Church" - so I have independent research experience. I completed both Greek I and II in undergraduate following Bill Mounce's "Basics of Biblical Greek" curriculum, meaning that I have learned all the necessary components of the language to read and interpret the Greek New Testament with facility. I am highly experienced in the discipline of Biblical Studies through several undergraduate courses, as well as the graduate courses I am currently completing. I just began coursework in the Master of Divinity program at Asbury Theological Seminary, where I learn from highly skilled, respected Biblical and theological scholars who are humble and devout followers of Christ. I am called to teach, and I am excited to help you develop skills and knowledge to draw you closer to Jesus on your walk with Him and equip you to share your knowledge with fellow Christians.

About the lesson

I use a compassionate and gentle approach, helping students learn the content and techniques they need to succeed without pushing to achieve more than is their goal.

I would love to work with undergraduate or early seminary students taking introductory Biblical Greek. I am also available to students who want to improve their Bible study, exegesis, or interpretation skills. We will primarily work on effective and appropriate study habits and how to find and use resources for study (such as commentaries, reference books on context and background, and the like). Students without formal theological education who just want to learn to read the New Testament in its original language or to study Scripture more faithfully are also invited to reach out. Above all, I take a devotional approach - these acts are acts of worship and naturally emerge out of a true love for Jesus and a desire to know Him better through the revelation of His word.
