About Leral

I am a 4th year undergraduate student at UBC
and singer, songwriter, musical theatre actor/director/playwright with a lot of experience in performance. Some of my biggest accomplishments include winning my Age category in a national South African singing competition, called Eisteddfod; winning first place at a Vodacom-sponsored talent show in Johannesburg; and releasing my debut single, titled "Oops" by Léral, on all platforms (apple music, spotify, google play, etc.) - have a listen!! I also have other songs out now at (concealed information) I cannot wait to learn and grow, while inspiring my students to do the same! I believe there is always, always room for improvement. About the lesson

My teaching methods vary depending on the level of each student. I believe that all levels of talent should be nurtured. My ultimate goal is growth - as long as my students grow, I am doing my job. A typical lesson begins with warm up and ends with song-work. I am excited to learn and discover new talent as I embark on this exciting journey.
