When my experiences from an average yet not so simple life are cherished by other people, I feel good about my life.
Whenever someone thanks me, or tells me that my words helped them, I feel high; I feel relevant to this world.
I would me more than happy if people who follow my words or advice go ahead of me. In fact, I would feel proud of myself.
Besides that, sharing knowledge helps in accumulating data in the form of information in my mind. I may know a lot about procrastination, but when I write about it, all the data gets converted into formal information.
Sharing experiences helps me in reviving and cherishing the chapters of my life.

I make the class relevant by showing the students how their education was relevant to their future success. I also involve
students in the class by making my students question what I was teaching to make the students think. With non-participation a teacher/instructor is going to lose the attention of the students. To me, it is the teachers job to make the class relevant. As an undergraduate, I attended many classes that were only lectures. For the most part, my attention wondered. I swore that if I taught, my students would not suffer the same fate. When I started teaching my students did not suffer boring lectures. Those teachers/instructors/professors that only give dry lectures are what I call “retired on the job". They can they do better but they choose to not do better
