About Roo
Hi I was born in England. That makes a difference. Australians don't use a wide vocabulary and don't want to stand out. Americans are the opposite, but too emotional. The English are precise and also blunt. You have to mix it up and choose your own style, which of course has to fit every situation. I emigrated to Australia as a kid. I've also traveled a lot. I hold qualifications in other subjects too: Teaching, Music, Horticulture and Mental Health. I'm married and not too young, but I'm healthy and love life. I swim daily and do yoga. Roo

Hi. My name is Roo. With me you work hard. I'll give you homework. You will need to keep a small pocket diary that you physically write new vocabulary and expressions in. That diary lives with you. "Why not the phone?" I hear you ask. Because writing with a pen solidifies retention in your brain. Anytime you can video call me and ask questions, but only if you have tried everything else first.
