Creates interactive lesson plans so that every student can be able to practice English(vocabulary, grammar patterns, etc.) in pairs or small groups. Encourages students to prepare mini-presentations on topics they enjoy, allowing them to continue their classroom work. Every lesson is student-centered, not teacher-centered. Students absorb the language while playing games, and even shy students get more involved in the learning process. There are such games like Bingo, 20 Questions, Charades and many others.
