About Edwardo
I am a young, energetic, focused and competent tutor/teacher and au pair. I am outgoing, fun, well-disciplined and easy to get along with many people. I am patient, kind and hardworking always ensuring that my learners are enjoying the lesson, that they’re focused and learning. I’ve worked close with a family of 3 for 3 years, tutoring, teaching and being their au pair. Before that I worked with other learners tutoring them and prepping them for their exams for a year. With my combined experience of teaching and tutoring for 4 years and ages from 3-13. I believe that I will be a great asset to have as all of my previous learners have excelled in all their subjects and personal development too. I know that I can use my teaching skills and knowledge to be a valuable educator. In my previous au pair/tutor position I had many responsibilities. I came up with lesson plans, exam prep, teaching grammar and pronunciation, reading, listening and writing skills too. I have experience in tutoring for subjects such as Mathematics, English, Secondary Language, Life Skills and Social Sciences (History & Geography). Grades 00 – 7. With the knowledge, skills, my strong initiative, exceptional organization skills, and my ability to cater to a diverse range of learners will allow me to play a crucial role in a fast-paced teaching environment. I am prepared to take on whatever responsibilities come with if it ensures that the learners I teach are absorbing and learning the content taught. I pride myself in results and make sure that I always get the very best out of all my learners.
