About Me

CTO & startup founder with 20 years of experience in deep tech. I specialize in software engineering, data/AI, and system architecture, with a strong passion for education and mentoring. I have built EdTech platforms and trained students in programming, algorithms, and computational thinking.

What I Teach
- Algorithms & Data Structures
- Discrete Mathematics
- Programming (Python, Java, system design basics)
- STEM & Computational Thinking (for school students)

I work with both foundational learners and advanced/talented students who want to go deeper than standard curricula.

My Teaching Approach

I focus on helping students think, not just solve.

- Step-by-step guidance tailored to the student’s level
- Encourage independent thinking first, then guided support
- Strong emphasis on problem-solving skills and reasoning
- Use of Socratic questioning to lead students to insights
- Mistakes are treated as learning opportunities

I follow a flipped classroom model: students prepare before class, and we use session time for deeper discussion and application.

What a Typical Session Looks Like
- Review pre-class materials and assignments
- Deep discussion of solutions and thought processes
- Explore alternative approaches and optimizations
- Extend problems (harder variations, real-world applications)
- Identify patterns and generalize concepts
- Provide guidance for projects and further practice
