About Ojaswi
I am a Mechanical Engineer. I have a Teaching Experience of 1 years. I have Various Interesting Teaching techniques according to my student's capability. I have well Planned and Scheduled Classes. And I arrange Proper and Periodic Test Series.
Once I find If my students not able to understand a particular concept. I should be ready to adapt new methods of teaching to explain to them. I feel that teacher should act as a guide to allow the student to choose his method of learning. He should share his experiences which give them vital life lessons. I always feel I learn from my students.

My first step of approaching a Student is by examining individual student's capacity and capability, and according to that set my Teaching Tactics and Method . After completion of a Topic I provide proper notes and regular Revision of that Topic Before beginning the other. And I Take regular and periodic Test Series
My teaching philosophy is simple as pie Teach like it is your last day today. Try to give your abecedarians all of your knowledge so that knowledge can grow and expand to an extent where novelties can bloom and be implemented in order to exercise them for bridging up the loopholes which exist in our societies today.
