About Monika

I hold a B.Tech and an MBA and I have experience both in education and professional training.

Alongside my career in the IT industry, I have been actively engaged in providing private tuition for the past six years. This experience has allowed me to work closely with students of different learning abilities, helping them strengthen their academic foundations and achieve their educational goals. I am committed to helping every student reach their full potential and become confident lifelong learners.

About the lesson

With a strong background in training, mentoring, and user support, I have developed the communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills necessary to effectively engage and teach young learners.

In my professional career, I have conducted training sessions, prepared learning materials and user guides, and supported individuals in understanding complex concepts in a simple and structured manner. These experiences have strengthened my ability to explain topics clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and create an interactive learning environment.

As an online tutor, I aim to make learning enjoyable, engaging, and meaningful for students. I believe in using interactive teaching methods, real-life examples, and technology-enabled learning tools to help students build strong academic foundations while developing confidence and critical thinking skills.

My strong communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with learners enable me to create a supportive virtual classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas. Additionally, my experience in preparing documentation and conducting structured training helps me plan lessons effectively and track student progress.
