About Raktim
I'm an engineering graduate from IIIT. Despite being a technical student, I have a considerable English background and have been giving English tuitions for several years now in Kolkata. I mostly look to focus on the grammar as it is the building block of any language, understanding which, the student will be self-sufficient to tackle all other kinds of interactions with the language.

My teaching method is by ensuring that the student is comfortable with the grammar and sentence formation.
If the pillar of grammar is well built, the comprehensive skills are enough for the student to be able to write and approach answers on their own.
Any doubts on the topic, and I'm always there to clarify, but being able to write and understand on their own is what matters the most.

I started going to him for my English lessons when I was in class VIII, and believe me I had no hopes of getting any better than a C, if not D in that paper. Writing proper sentences was never my strong game but here I am today, not only successfully cleared my class XII boards with 90% score, but also writing this entire appreciation all by myself.
