My teaching method is simple by using ppt , notes and text book according to syllabus. For a student to learn, they have to have motivation (desire to begin learning), determination (desire that keeps them going on the search), and some sort of way to connect with the material you present plus other resources (the teacher is only a starting point).A lot of “motivation” (or lack of it) has already been instilled by the parents and friends of the student. A good teacher develops a relationship that is part friend, part mentor, part authority (not too much friend, or the student will not take your instruction seriously, but some, or they will not care to please you by learning).I knows the context of students (as many of them as possible) and their learning needs, preferred styles and their choice of method (& form) is best located to make teaching effective. So, as a teacher, I am who aspires to make learning effective must proactively practice methods to ‘connect’ with students and learn to sense the context of students as frequently as possible. Plan every session (content and delivery method) to emerging contexts. Seek feedback and renew every time.
