About Alyssa
I am a former Junior Olympic gymnast who has been coaching for four years, it is my passion. I also weight train and provide personal assistance with programs or in real life training to help build muscle, lose weight, and increase stamina!

My lessons consist of one-on-one or semi-group training, based on your preference! I offer gymnastics classes for children of walking age to 11 years old, where I emphasize the basics and help strengthen weaknesses/ insecurities. I will do a 30-minute session to test abilities and figure out a lesson plan for free, all other sessions will be $27.
I also offer conditioning and personal training, specifically weight lifting. This will help with weight loss, building muscle, and increasing endurance. If you are also interested in nutritional health, I will assist in body recomposition, weight loss, and improving your health. This will consist of a program and real-life meetings to go over questions.
Prior to any lesson, we will meet via Zoom to discuss details and get to know one another.
