About Muhammad

I find great joy in seeing my students succeed—not just in exams, but in truly understanding the subjects they once struggled with. Teaching is my way of sharing the knowledge and skills I've gained through years of academic excellence and real-world engineering experience. With a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics, I am committed to helping students unlock their potential. My goal is to not only improve their grades but also to build their confidence, sharpen their thinking skills, and develop lifelong learning habits. About the lesson

As a passionate tutor with a strong academic background—holding a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and more than one year industry experience in industry especially in distillation, process simulation and equipment design. I bring both academic excellence and real-world engineering experience into my teaching. Each lesson is 1 hour long and tailored to meet the student’s individual needs. I focus not just on delivering content, but on developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My approach emphasizes: 1) Helping students identify the type of problem they're facing. 2) Guiding them to choose the most efficient solving method. 3) Training them to understand the "why" behind each step, so they can tackle similar problems independently in future. My method ensures students gain deep conceptual understanding rather than just memorizing formulas. I frequently incorporate exam-style questions and challenge students with tricky problems to build confidence and mastery. I’ve taught: University-level Chemical Engineering subjects like Thermodynamics, Material/Energy Balances and Unit Operations for students from Universiti Malaya and Universiti Putra Malaysia SPM Form 5 Additional Mathematics (classroom and 1-on-1) IGCSE Year 9 & Year 11 Mathematics and Add Maths My lessons are ideal for: SPM and IGCSE students (ages 13–17) University students pursuing Chemical Engineering or related courses Students preparing for exams or needing targeted help with difficult topics With years of tutoring experience and over a year experience in the chemical engineering industry, I bring both theory and practical insight into every session.
