About Tianyu

I'm a freelance and hobby artist that specialises in anime/manga or fantasy style illustration and character design and I've been drawing since childhood. Being mostly self-taught with some courses taken I know how tough and confusing your art journey can be, and using my experience I can guide students on the right path to whatever their goals may be. My teaching style is personal and empathetic but also places importance on the technical aspects of drawing without forgetting the importance of creativity and expression, ensuring the student gets a well-rounded education and good use of their time.

About the lesson

Using art fundamentals plus fun stylisation skills you will learn important art skills that can help you draw in any style and medium but also how to make cute or cool stylised drawings and give you the ability to unleash your creativity. My lessons will be structured and personalised to fit your goals and wants, and it's perfect for kids aged 10 and up and adults alike looking to get into a fun and healthy new hobby or to be able to draw like your favourite artist. The student can choose to draw in digital using a drawing tablet where I will teach how to use digital drawing software or traditionally on paper.

Excellent! She has great methods and terms she used throughout. Her mic or volume was the lowest and could barely hear her, making lesson quite frustrating, asking her to repeat etc.
