KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Lotte Hotels (Korea) had difficulty getting into major international accounts to market their products and services. By personal sales, contacts and expertise in building new accounts I was able to open accounts previously closed to Lotte. One new corporate account added $700,000 in room sales alone. Additional new accounts included Boeing, HSBC, Bombardier, BAE and others. Persuaded national embassy offices and appropriate ministries to direct their official trade and diplomatic delegations to Lotte. This resulted in on- going relations and increasing revenues via delegations from: China, Saudi Arabia, India, Peru, Brazil, UN, Japan, Vietnam, Romania, Germany, Italy, USA,UK and more.

• Worked with China Shanghai office to win contracts with government officials in China. This included hosting and arranging for corporate presentations of heavy – duty construction equipment for Chinese national and regional government decision makers.

• Constructed database and network of 1,200 business contacts which led to increased sales, referrals & opportunities worldwide.

• Led team of 15 to successfully host & promote the cities and industries of Quebec City & Calgary. Local media & promotional events boosted brand awareness from 34,000 to 4 million throughout Canada and USA.

• Created & implemented marketing campaigns utilizing corporate videos, marketing collaterals, advertising & public relations strategies in over 65 national markets.
