About Imaan
I am currently studying at A-level English language at Rochdale Sixth Form College. I aim to improve children with their comprehension skills at level KS2 and KS3. I also will help my students studying at GCSE level by improving their analytical skills in a variety of texts.

Lessons may vary depending on the age of the child I am teaching. For example, if I am teaching a child in year 5, we will read various texts and I will encourage them to use their comprehension skills as I will ask them questions about the text we have read. However, with a child studying at GCSE level, I may give them an essay question and ask them to plan the essay. Similarly, I give my students a picture and ask them to plan either a description or a creative writing story based on the picture. This is similar to how the English language will be, which will improve their creative writing skills.
