About Michael
I have been in education for over 30 years. I am a test preparation expert who has also spent many years inside a traditional classroom. I have taught honors Pre-Calculus, Geometry, Algebra 1 and 2, and 6-8 grade math in classrooms across the northeastern U.S. I am a passionate educator who believes that education happens in the classroom and not through homework. Homework should be a quick check-in to be sure of retention. I have two children, both accomplished actors (my son is the standby Elder Cunningham in Book of Mormon on Broadway), marries, and I have a dog.

Students are visual learners and I can help students, using various techniques, to re-find their passion for math.
