I have taught and coached over 400 students throughout the duration of my career thus far. My students and athletes have a blast learning new skills, and are constantly improving and getting stronger. Their athletic abilities over the course of a year increase dramatically with the time and effort we dedicate to fitness.

I graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, and have been teaching PE for the last 7 years. I am also a certified Personal Trainer. I believe in a skills based approach to fitness and sports. Starting small and gradually building up strength and confidence to succeed in all areas of life. I am fun and young teacher that is excited for the challenges set ahead!
