About Roland
I've been working with both elementary and college students for four years. I've taught over 60 students and am able to adjust my teaching to a way that works for you. My proudest accomplishments are the times I've helped students who use to hate school and helped them learn subjects they never enjoyed before then.

My teaching method is based on Universal Design for Learning (UDL). This teaching style was heavily incorporated into my grad program and it's something I've used since. UDL recognizes that some students learn better by hearing or seeing the material, while other students learn better from a hands-on approach. With that in mind, I have a 10 question survey my clients fill out, and after listening to their answers, teach the material in a way that's easiest them for learn.
