About Frank

I'm a teacher trainer and curriculum design specialist. My courses and frameworks have been utilized successfully in Latin America, Canada, and the UK. I have designed ESL courses in these countries for Latin American schools and activities for global ESL competitions in the UK with Oxford International Group.
