About Marta

I have a degree in English Studies from the Autonomous University of Madrid and I specialized in the last year of my career in teaching methodology of English as a foreign language, in addition to simultaneous translation English-Spanish / Spanish-English. During the race I have taught private lessons to children between 6 and 18 years old, I have helped an adult to prepare for the CAE exam and I am currently working in an English academy teaching children between 8 to 11 years old. Finally, I have worked for a part time in the well-known Academy of Kids & Us, whose experience has helped me a lot when developing a specific methodology with each type of student.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology always adapts to the needs of the student. What interests me most is that the student never loses motivation and sees English as something positive that he must learn to improve his future and not as a school obligation. In general, if I had to choose a methodology I would opt for that of Krashen, which advocates to alleviate the individual needs of each student through a correct input of materials. My classes are adapted for adults as well as for young minors. I have been instructed during the race to teach from an A1 to a C2 and I also have materials to prepare for Cambridge Advance English (CAE) exams. Of course I can focus on grammar as well as pronunciation, the correct writing of essays in English and listening, all depending on what the student requires. I am also trained to teach Spanish language if necessary. In summary, my goal is to teach and motivate the student in a pleasant way, through the use of new technologies, and also with different physical materials adapted to their needs.

La primera clase con Esti ha sido estupenda. Ha atendido muy bien a todo lo que le he explicado, pregunta las dudas y se nota que tiene curiosidad, ganas de aprender y de reforzar el buen inglés que ya tiene de base.
Además me ha dado mucha soltura con los materiales, los horarios y también para pedirle que utilizáramos el programa online que yo prefiero.

Perfect! Hemos tenido la primera clase con mis hijas de 6 a 4 años. Se ha adaptado fenomenal. Las niñas se han soltado enseguida y están encantadas. Aporta material docente. Considero que es muy recomendable.

La clase con las hijas de Marian ha sido estupenda. Son unas niñas muy inteligentes, con potencial para el inglés y además se nota que les gusta mucho aprender. Prestan atención y hacen todo lo que les mando de buen grado.
Además sus padres me han dado muchas facilidades para dar la clase para cuando mejor se adaptara a mi horario.
