About Paola
I am a qualified teacher teaching Physics GCSE and A-level physics.I have experience in preparing students for these exams, gained through years of working in English schools. I'm a qualified GCSE and A-level Physics teacher. I have taught physics at all levels from KS3 to A-level.

My lessons are based on students' needs, typically with theoretical explanation followed by exercises and past-paper questions. Regarding the latter, I help and support the student in understanding exactly the focus of the question, and which concepts to insert in the answer to get the maximum score. Depending on the need, I provide material and / or handouts to help the student consolidate the knowledge acquired and improve learning levels. My teaching style is to first focus on helping students to really understand the concepts they are learning about before approaching exam style questions. Then, we can then move onto breaking down exam questions to understand together what the question is asking, before getting the student to start to individually attempt to answer a question. I can provide notes and handouts if needed.
