I have been teaching since 1987 in a higher secondary school Shillong. I am also taking private tuition class at home from 3 Pm to 4.30 Pm ie, from monday to friday. I am a Bsc, BA, B.ed degree holder.

There is a saying that a teacher is either trained or born, but another category of a teacher is that he is both trained and born. As for me, I do not follow strictly any methodology of teaching; there is no two students alike in their way of grasping the subject. I try to asses the calibre of a student then plan for a method of how to proceed so that he achieve his goal.
