About Laura

I have just finished my teacher training in Birmingham, and I received my degree from the University of Leeds. In addition to teaching Year 7 to 11 Geography, I also have three years experience tutoring English, Maths and Verbal Reasoning for 11+ exams.

About the lesson

I am looking to tutor students in French from Year 7 to 9. I currently teach Geography up to GCSE, but have A-Level French and travel there often, thus am able to teach it to KS3. I use a variety of methods in my teaching - my lessons involve aspects which are teacher led, but I am also keen to help students develop responsibility for their learning and love involving discovery and enquiry based learning in my teaching as well.
