I teach Muay thai,Boxing and Tae Kwon Do. I've studied martial arts for over 30 years

I’m a 62-year-old woman who was not very fit and has osteoporosis, and I can’t say enough good things about this trainer. He truly met me where I was and designed a program that was very gentle yet surprisingly effective. He never pushed me beyond what felt safe, but instead offered steady, kind encouragement that helped me gain strength and confidence at my own pace. His knowledge, patience, and supportive attitude made all the difference. I’m so grateful for his guidance and would highly recommend him, especially to anyone who needs a thoughtful, individualized approach to training.

Training with Muhaimin has made a huge difference in my strength and wellbeing. He is helping me reach my goals and makes my workout challenging. He makes sure he always answers your questions and clear your all doubts and helps you in all the ways he can . I highly recommend training with him if you are looking to making your workouts both challenging and rewarding.

During pandemic, we stopped all the after school classes for my 7 years old son. We met Muhaimin at a neighbourhood school park. He was training his sons boxing then. And I thought it would be wonderful if he can train my son in an outdoor environment. And it turned out to be a great decision. My son loves Muhaimin’s boxing classes. He knows how to communicate with kids and keeps the classes interesting. He is also very flexible in terms of schedule, which helps a lot when we need to deal with the unpredictable weather.

We currently stop the training due to the cold weather but my son can’t wait to get back on the training once it is warmer again!

I would highly recommend personal trainer Muhaimin. I have been training with him for about four months now. I have lost about twenty three pounds. I have severe arthritis in both my knees. I really didn't think I could work out for an hour. Because of the pain from my knees. But I have been doing it. I have had personal trainer's in the past. That didn't really give me all the tools. That was needed for my weight loss journey. I was even injured by my last trainer. So I was a little skeptical about getting another trainer. But he came highly recommended. From someone I know who he helped loose 90lbs. He gives you an good work out and educates you on the food you should be eating and how much. He also shows you the correct way to work out. So you don't injure yourself. Unlike my last trainer. He answers any questions I may have. Very patient. If I tell him I am in pain. He tells me what to do. So I can feel better. My personal experience has been. That I really feel like he cares for his clients. And he is not just in it for the money. And wants to charge you for any information he gives you. He gives you free videos to help with learning how to lose weight. He is really an excellent teacher and trainer. If you are looking for someone to help you loose weight. Look no further. Trainer Muhaimin is who you are looking for. Also his prices are very reasonable.

I have been training with Muhaimin for a while now. He is so professional. I like that he listens to me and adapts my work out depending on what I want. Also when something hurts he knows how to help me and I also like that he is very flexible with scheduling.

Muhaimin is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. His workouts are very effective at meeting your goals. He adapts sessions to your body and progress, while focusing on technique and form to get the most out of your sessions. I've lost 30lbs with his help and support thus far. Highly Recommended!!
