About Lucy
I believe that relatability and respect are essential to success in education. I will focus on making lessons fun and creative and empowering students to believe that they CAN learn whilst maintaining a required level of professionalism. I intend to accommodate a pupil's learning requirements and discover which method of learning works best for them, carefully catering their lessons to suit their interests because engagement is the key to learning.

-I follow a pupil-led approach to learning, identifying how to get pupils engaged in work and catering their lessons accordingly.
-I have previously focussed on visual learning.
-The length of the session will depend on the pupils engagement, starting off shorter and adding time as the engagement improves.
-I have experience as an LSA, planning and delivering lessons to chronically disengaged pupils
