About Güzin

Today, we both exercise too little and eat too much and unhealthy. I am sad to see that our generation is beginning to turn into obese and sick individuals. I would like to share the tried-and-tested methods that I have developed myself, instead of schools that do not go beyond hope-mongering in sports and nutrition, with everyone who needs and is open to learning and gives importance to healthy living awareness.
