Our Educational Services

We work on shaping a curriculum for freethinkers who can build a lifestyle based on mobility, freedom, skills needed for employability or entrepreneurship and personal achievement. The following courses can be taken altogether or separately:
English - general, writing essays, preparing for TOEFL and other exams
French
Hebrew (only for beginners)
Chess and Logicical Thinking
Practical Philosophy and Objectivism
Digital Literacy, Introduction to Marketing and Personal Branding, optional: learning to make WordPress websites and interactive content
Self-knowledge and Mind
Introduction to Yoga Sutras, Meditation and Wellness Management

Formats: In-person, online, group or private, depending on availability

🧍 Who Is This For

Any individual who:
- Asks themselves what's the purpose of their life and wants to consciously form it
- Wants to bring mental clarity and productive discipline into their daily life
Intends to keep their mind active and grow constantly through learning and practicing
- Looks for networking, friendships and collaboration
- Plans to improve the lives of people or community(ies) they care about

The separate courses or the overall curriculum is open to every person who finds interest in them. In the case of children, some individual courses such as a foreign language or chess can be taught from ages 4 and beyond. Adults and seniors can take some or all the courses as pastime and edutainment (education and entertainment) activities.

New Intellectuals Community

Learning, Productive Work, Prosperity

The founder of New Intellectuals Community, Lux (pronounced as Lyoox, their preferred name) teaches, tutors and trains people for 12 years. They are a new immigrant in the US and bring with themselves wealth of knowledge and international experience from Armenia and the wider region. Among other achievements, Lux has:

Been admitted to three US universities
Received a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) English teacher certificate
Passed TOEFL and IELTS English exams in Armenia and China
Won a regional speech contest in the Republic of Georgia
Co-organized regional peacebuilding projects and wrote grant proposals for nonprofits in the Republic of Armenia and Georgia
Was an intern at Los Angeles LGBT Center in 2012

My name is Sevak, and I’m a professional English tutor with international teaching experience and proven results.

I was admitted to three U.S. universities (California State University, University of Southern California, Arizona State University).
