About Brigit
I have an extensive background in costume design and construction for theatre and am a qualified teacher. I currently teach sewing skills and dressmaking to groups of around 10 in adult education with a local community college in South Wales.

I tailor my teaching approach according to the students aspirations and needs and can cater for different levels of ability within a group. Lessons can contain some presentation and demonstration by myself but mostly students learn through guided practical work of their own choosing or as suggested by myself.
