About Violeta
I earned my teaching degree in Romania, major Mathematics, about 30 years ago. I have been living and teaching math courses in the USA for the last 10 years. I taught mostly Geometry in NC, WV, and VA in public schools.

I use a combination of variate instruction methods. Usually, my class would start identifying what the students know already about the topic and continue with opportunities for students to complete, connect or learn new things. There are interactive presentations, direct instruction, modeling procedures and plans to solve problems, lots of practice with immediate feedback.
