About Aim

I am an ESL tutor with 8 years of experience teaching High School and College students. I have guided around 150–200 students in improving their English language skills. My teaching philosophy focuses on flexibility and student-centred learning. I understand that every student has different needs, so I adjust my teaching style accordingly.

I use interactive lessons with real-life examples, conversations, and exercises. This helps students understand concepts clearly and use English effectively. I encourage students to stay motivated and practise regularly. I also provide support and feedback to help them improve.

One of my proud achievements is seeing students gain confidence and improve their academic results. I am committed to helping every student succeed.

About the lesson

My teaching approach for ESL is based on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I believe that students learn best when lessons are engaging and connected to real life. I use creative teaching techniques such as storytelling, role-play, and practical exercises.

I focus on building critical thinking skills by encouraging students to ask questions, share ideas, and think independently. This helps them use English more effectively.

As a mentor, I guide students with patience and care. I adapt my teaching style based on their individual needs and create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable learning.

Accountability is an important part of my teaching. I set clear goals, track progress, and provide regular feedback to help students improve.

Along with ESL, I also teach related subjects, helping students develop strong academic and communication skills. My goal is to build confident, responsible, and independent learners.
