About Amari

I am an experienced ESL tutor with 5 years of teaching experience, working with High School and College students. Teaching English allows me to support students in building confidence and improving their academic skills.

I have successfully taught between 150 and 200 students. A key achievement in my career has been helping students overcome fear of speaking English. Many learners who were shy or unsure became confident speakers through regular practice and guidance.

My lessons are student-centred and flexible. I adjust my teaching methods based on each student’s learning needs and goals. I focus on grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and writing in a balanced way.

I believe encouragement plays an important role in learning. I create a positive atmosphere where students feel motivated and supported. I provide clear feedback to help students improve.

My passion for education drives me to help students reach their potential. I aim to make English learning effective, supportive, and rewarding.

About the lesson

I teach ESL with a focus on practical learning and building student confidence. I use real-life examples and case studies to make lessons relatable and useful in everyday situations. Motivation is key in my approach—I encourage students to set goals and celebrate achievements to keep them inspired.

Problem-solving exercises help students think critically and improve their English skills. I value integrity, providing honest feedback and maintaining a respectful learning environment.

I am flexible, adjusting lessons to suit each student’s learning pace, style, and interests. Besides ESL, I can also teach grammar, writing, reading, conversation skills, and vocabulary. My goal is to help students not only improve their English but also gain independence, confidence, and practical skills they can use in real life.
