About Johane
I am a qualified physicist with a BSc, BSc Honors, and MSc in Physics, and I am currently completing my PhD in Solid State Physics. With several years of academic and research experience, I have developed a deep understanding of Mathematics and Physical Sciences, as well as the skills required to teach these subjects clearly and effectively.
I approach tutoring with professionalism, structure, and high standards. My lessons are carefully prepared, focused, and tailored to each student’s needs. I emphasize conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and strong problem-solving techniques rather than memorization. Students learn not only how to solve problems, but why the methods work.
I teach in both English and Afrikaans and create a supportive but disciplined learning environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and think independently.
