Starting from the development of basic physical skills (strength, speed, endurance and flexibility) and experience as a stuntman, we will develop a program that will enhance your physical skills in less than 60 minutes a day, as an experienced stuntman coach (Stuntman ) that I know first-hand the importance of developing a well-conditioned and functional body, ensuring that the participant is physically and aesthetically empowered every day.
