About Katara
In college I was an officer for the French Club. We were responsible for bringing the French language and culture to the students in fun and creative ways. In doing so, I gave many French lessons to small and large groups of people. I took French classes all throughout college and studied abroad in Rennes, France, where I earned my French Proficiency Certification in level B1.

Hi! I am offering lessons to beginner French students of all ages. I've come to understand the importance of using various mediums of expression (reading, writing, videos, art, etc.) to immerse oneself in the language and culture. With that, I will include these different mediums in my lessons (plus, it's more fun that way)! Most importantly, these approaches can be adapted to fit my students needs.
