About Kayla
I am a full-time student who prioritises the education of any sort - whether it is gaining experience or learning from an academic institution. I take a particular interest in social work and have an inherent desire to change the world for the better. I try to use any platform I have to make a difference in the world.
I graduated from Helpmekaar Kollege with 6 A's and 1 B. I attained the B1 DELF exam at L'Alliance Française. My home languages are English and Afrikaans and my second additional language is French. I am currently studying for a BA degree, majoring in psychology, at the University of Pretoria. I am academically proficient
I have experience working as an administrative assistant at Sandton Medi-Clinic for a doctor- for a few months.
I play the guitar and have played for 6 years - I also have some knowledge about singing as I was one of the top members of our school choir. In 2016 I was a part of a band - playing the guitar - and we received an ATKV gold diploma.
I had a blog at one stage and know how to work with Bluehost to design and customise websites. I am also proficient in Windows and Macbook applications - for example - Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.

I have 11 hours of community service caring for animals - specifically dogs. I have a housesitting and petsitting business and know how to care for all sorts of animals.

If a student requires a more analytical approach to music or if they require an out of box approach - I am willing to adapt to the particular needs of the student. Music is one of my passions and a student who takes lessons with me will feel the passion.
