About Riddhi
I am a student of architecture with a very keen interest in gastronomy, while I was living abroad I decided to immerse myself in their local cuisine, now I cook in India, improvising with the ingredients available here, trying to still retain the essence of traditional Italian cooking
In my travels I have concluded that, Italian cuisine is one of the best options for a vegetarian healthy lifestyle

We will have practical classes and throughout my teaching I will talk about the theory of Italian cooking, in how they treat their techniques and ingredients and, how they vary from traditional Indian cuisines. This technique of drawing parallels will help us understand their cuisine better and even help us in introducing some ethical inventiveness in their usual recipes.
