About Ellen

Growing up in Switzerland, I completed my Matura with majors in music and pedagogy & psychology. In addition to high school, I regularly participated in the logic and mathematics championships (up to the national finals - rank 18/45) and gave tutoring to primary and secondary school students for years - also in German, English, sciences, etc. For these subjects, there are other adverts from my profiles, check them out and feel free to contact me.

Blessed with motivation, ambition and good teachers, I know how wonderful learning can be when you notice progress and have a goal in sight. Many students nowadays no longer experience this and end up in a downward spiral due to inexperienced teachers and increased pressure to perform. Especially in such cases of demotivation, it is extremely helpful to have a private coach whom you can trust and where insecurities can be shown and resolved in a safe environment. With me, you or your child will be coached individually and with undivided attention.

About the lesson

As an acting student, I have a lot of empathy, patience and of course I adapt the tutorials to my students individually.

I will work with your teaching materials, explain the theory, help with homework, can teach learning techniques and create specially tailored exercises to prepare for exams.
