About Yasmin

I am a student who has a strong passion for French and loves to teach it. As I finished my GCSE's 3 years ago I have an invaluable insight into what it is like to be a student. This means I have more understanding of helpful tricks to learn and exam techniques.

Also, by studying French at university, I have a very high understanding of french grammar and the language as a whole which means I am more than capable of teaching to GCSE level.

About the lesson

My lessons are normally one hour but I am working for the student so I can change my lesson times to suit the individual. This is the same with my teaching style. I believe an interactive approach is the best teaching style and have an existing base structure involving past paper questions and grammar exercises with an overall focus on vocabulary. However, I wish to work with the student and discuss their aims from the sessions and how they wish to learn. I also wish to accompany their school curriculum by working alongside and reinforcing what they are already being taught. Overall, I think communication is important and I am flexible and wish to adapt to each student.
