About Najaaz
As an accomplished A-Level student with a track record of academic excellence, I have demonstrated my ability to excel in a challenging and rigorous academic environment. With a 4A* score, I have proven my mastery of key subjects and skills, including Maths, Further Maths, Physics, ICT, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
In addition to my academic achievements, I have also gained valuable experience as a tutor, having successfully helped several of my peers to improve their grades and confidence in several of my strengths. Through this experience, I have developed effective communication skills, a patient and supportive teaching style, and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of online learning.
As a Sri Lankan, I bring a rich cultural background and a global perspective to my teaching, which I believe can help to broaden my students' horizons and foster a greater appreciation for diversity and inclusivity. I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in my work, and I am dedicated to ensuring that each of my students receives the personalized attention and support they need to succeed.

As a tutor, I believe in a personalized approach to learning, where I tailor my techniques and teaching methodology to the individual needs of each student. During my lessons, I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simpler, more manageable parts, so that my students can build a strong foundation of understanding.
I prefer to conduct one-to-one online lessons, as this allows for greater flexibility and convenience for both myself and my students. Using a graphics tablet and screen-sharing software, I am able to provide clear explanations, write down equations, draw diagrams, and even work through practice questions together in real-time.
Each lesson usually lasts for around an hour, as I find that this is the optimal length of time for students to maintain focus and absorb new information effectively.
As a student of the University of Sheffield who graduated High school in 2022, I have the upto date knowledge of the sylabbus and any exam requirements for the GCSE/A-Level exams.
My lessons are primarily aimed at students who are currently studying GCSEs or A-Levels in the science or IT fields, although I am open to working with students of all ages and abilities. Whether my students are struggling with a particular topic or simply looking to improve their overall understanding, I am dedicated to helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
